We also guarantee same-day results for comprehensive evaluations and reports. Whether you or your child need documentation urgently for accommodations, want to know the results as soon as possible, or are simply trying to stay ahead of a tight deadline, we are here to support you every step of the way.
To be clear: we don’t disappear once the assessment is complete. Our commitment is long-term. We will be here to support you and your family for years to come, helping you navigate accommodations, documentation updates, and advocacy with schools, colleges, and other institutions as needs evolve. Large corporate testing practices change hands, policies shift, and clinicians move on while their old email inbox goes unread—but this is a small, boutique practice, and concierge-level continuity is the point. Dr. Money owns and runs the practice and is not going anywhere. Initial Consultations for Neuropsych Evaluation Services (10-30 minutes) = no cost
Focused Evaluations (e.g., ART psych evaluation, Giftedness, ADHD or ASD only) = $700-$2000
Comprehensive Neuropsychological (incl. Learning Disorder) Evaluations = $2500-4500
Travel fee within 50 miles of San Marcos, TX = $500
Travel fee between 50-150 miles of San Marcos = $1000
Flat rate for +150 mile travel (including hotel/per diem, etc): $2750

A comprehensive neuropsychological assessment involves 12+ hours of professional work from a Ph.D.-level licensed psychologist, including the intake, testing session, scoring, and report writing. Our concierge services provide flexible scheduling, rapid communication, and same-day results, without compromising thoroughness or accuracy. If you need results within 24 hrs of testing, we can and will do it, which is why we spread out conceirge clients so that none are back-to-back and we can focus on finishing your case in that timeframe.
