FEES

We accept most major insurances, except Medicaid/Medicare.  Book your first session, which is a psychiatric diagnostic evaluation, here.  You can also book a free 15 minute consultation to find out upfront what your costs will be.  Usually clients are responsible for $100-200 total, depending on the insurer.

We’re able to offer a small number of sliding-scale slots for families who need financial flexibility. This means the fee is reduced based on your financial situation. These spots are limited, but we try to reserve them for clients who otherwise wouldn’t be able to access a high-quality, comprehensive assessment.  Families and church communities are also often underutilized sources of financial support, and we have pre-written letters you can use to request assistance from either or both, right here.

To protect appointment times, a credit card is required on file. The card will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice unless the situation qualifies as a legitimate emergency.

Most psychological and behavioral health services can be paid for using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). These accounts can be used like a standard credit card and often allow the cost of services to be paid with pre-tax dollars. Since plan rules vary, please verify with your specific HSA or FSA provider if any limitations apply. If interested in expedited, concierge-level services (most often requested for academic accommodations) please see the Concierge Services fee schedule here. Given this info, below are our general fees
